Exchanges and Returns

1. Right to Free Resolution
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate his/her decision in writing to the email acqua@grupozmc.com or by post to Rua Corvo nº 455, 4410-439 Arcozelo, Vila Nova de Gaia.

2. Conditions for Returns
For the return to be accepted, the products must:

• Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use;
• Contain all original labels, manuals and accessories;
• Must be returned in original packaging.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused return.

3. Products Excluded from the Right of Return
Under Portuguese law, the following products cannot be returned:

• Customized or made-to-order products;
• Hygiene articles or sealed products that have been opened;
• Products with reduced shelf life.

4. Exchange and Return Procedure

• The customer must contact us via email acqua@grupozmc.com to obtain return instructions;
• The customer is responsible for sending products for return, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product;
• After receiving and checking the condition of the product, the refund will be processed within 14 days .

5. Return Costs

• If the return is due to customer withdrawal or error, shipping costs will be borne by the customer;
• If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the costs will be refunded.

6. Refund Methods

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase;
• You can opt for store credit to use on future purchases.
